The handler was developed because we saw the need for a replacement charging handle for the Robinson Armament XCR-L and XCR-M. The folding charging handle is made out of aircraft grade aluminum and anodized to mil spec type III, class 2. There is a ball detent that keeps the handle folded in when not in use.

SPEC:

Folded out has a grab length of 1-3/4"

This protrudes the same amount as the stock charging handle when folded.

To install you will need a 5/64 roll pin punch to remove the OEM one and to install this one. The one pictured was painted OD green by the customer.

instructions:

use a 5/64 " punch and a hammer to remove the OEM pin. Split the upper and lower receivers and remove bolt carrier group. Put your finger inside the upper receiver to hold the charging handle shaft and push it outward when you install the FCH. Slide the spring over it first and then the new handle . Push the handle all the way in and drive the roll pin in.
